Fekadu Belayneh, ME&A’s Director of Finance and Accounting, has more than 15 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance with expertise in project finance management, analysis, and controlling. At ME&A, he supervises financial operations, such as payroll, disbursement, billing, and reporting to USAID and other U.S. government and international clients.
Prior to joining ME&A, Mr. Belayneh served as Consular Officer in charge of administration and finance at the Ethiopian Embassy in Brussels, covering the Benelux countries, and earlier in the Ethiopian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in charge of administration and finance. He holds a B.A. in Management and Public Administration from Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia and an M.S. in Accounting from Strayer University. Mr. Belayneh speaks English, Amharic, and French.
