ME&A Seeks to Recruit Top Talent at SID-US 2024 Virtual Career Fair
ME&A will be actively recruiting international development professionals for major opportunities in the field at this year’s Society for International Development (SID)-United States Career Fair set to take place virtually on Thursday, Oct. 10, 2024. As an annual booth sponsor, ME&A looks forward every year to connecting with development professionals eager to make a global impact.
“I am excited to have the opportunity to meet SID-US virtual attendees, such as returned Peace Corps volunteers, veterans and members of the Armed Forces, consultants, and other global development professionals,” said ME&A Director of Human Resources Lizette Laserna Salvador. “You can chat with me to learn about ME&A’s job opportunities or ask me to share my experiences in international development. We can exchange information on your work experiences and career aspirations to gauge your career fit. Let’s chat!”
Staffing the booth will be Ms. Salvador joined by Teresita Perez, President and CEO; Chris Coffman, Senior Program Director for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL); Dana Hudock, Business and Proposal Development Director; Thomas G. England, Communications and Geographic Information Systems Specialist; Ricky Perez, Data Management and Visualization Specialist; Ken Goughnour and Alex Keninitz, Project Coordinators; and Dulce Alanna Lejarde, Business Development Coordinator. Together, they will engage with potential applicants, discussing how their backgrounds, skills, and experience align with ME&A’s work on USAID, U.S. Department of State, and World Bank projects around the globe.
“We’re looking for great people with a passion for global development work, a versatile skillset, and a collaborative spirit,” Mr. Coffman said. “If this describes you, and you want to help build an organization that is data-driven, innovative, and focused on ensuring development programming is as effective as it can be, ME&A might be a great fit for you.”
