ME&A Secures OASIS+ Contract to Enhance Federal Agency Service Offerings

ME&A is pleased to announce the firm’s selection as a U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract holder. This next-generation acquisition vehicle offers flexibility and efficiency for federal agencies, including USAID Missions and operating units seeking to streamline the procurement of complex professional services.

“OASIS+ provides a streamlined path for USAID and other federal agencies to access tailored, integrated solutions for mission-critical projects,” said ME&A President and CEO Teresita Perez. “Its broad scope, combined with the ability to accommodate diverse contract types, makes it an ideal choice for tackling global challenges and quickly adapting to unique or local needs.”

The OASIS+ contract’s broad scope includes:

  • Program Management Services: Facilitating efficient execution and oversight of federal programs.
  • Management Consulting Services: Delivering technical assistance to enhance institutional capacity and advance agency objectives.
  • Logistics Services: Supporting supply chain management and operational readiness.
  • Engineering Services: Delivering technical expertise across diverse industries.
  • Scientific Services: Addressing research, development, and innovation needs.
  • Financial Services: Enhancing fiscal planning, budgeting, and analysis.

With a 10-year ordering period, OASIS+ provides federal agencies the stability to plan and execute long-term projects while allowing for agility in responding to emerging challenges.

ME&A also holds GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract, a streamlined contracting mechanism encompassing a broad array of commercial products and services, including professional services. This modernized schedule consolidates the legacy Federal Supply Schedules, including Schedule 874 (Professional Services Schedule, or PSS, formerly known as MOBIS), into a single, integrated vehicle to simplify procurement and enhance efficiency. Under the GAS MAS contract, ME&A provides a full range of professional business services and related support products.
