ME&A conducted a final performance evaluation of the USAID funded Cambodia Micro, Small, Medium Size Enterprises II/Business Enabling Environment (MSME2/BEE) Project during October – November, 2012. The primary objective was to assist USAID in evaluating the project’s impact, achievements and lessons learned for future programming. The principal methodology of the evaluation consisted of qualitative data from field interviews and focus groups discussions with key informants, stakeholders and beneficiaries of the project. The MSME 2/BEE project was dedicated to help micro, small and medium enterprises in rural areas in Cambodia increase their productivity and enhance the business enabling environment.
