ME&A is a subcontractor on two Global Architect-Engineer (A&E) Services III Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts supporting USAID infrastructure activities for the agency’s Bureau for Development, Democracy, and Innovation.
The Global Architect-Engineer Services III IDIQ is a seven-year activity with a total ceiling of $800 million focusing on water, environmental, energy, and telecom services to improve the quality of life of citizens of developing countries. Services include architecture, master planning, geospatial, capacity building, project management, and gender equity and inclusion consulting.
ME&A, Inc. is a subcontractor on both the unrestricted and the small business set-aside A&E III IDIQ prime awards. Tetra Tech is the prime contractor on the unrestricted A&E III IDIQ ME&A is part of, and Perez, APC is the prime contractor of the small business set-aside.
